What room types do we offer
We offer sharing and non-sharing rooms, which differ in size and number of occupants. The 2-bed has a maximum of 4 occupants, and the 3-bed has a maximum of 5 occupants.

Yes, parking space is from R500 per person monthly.
What is the minimum lease period?
We offer 12-month lease periods; however, we are open to negotiating to meet the students' requirements.
Is a deposit required, and is it refundable?
Yes, one month's rent is required as a deposit, and this deposit is refundable at the end of the lease period after damages have been considered.
Are there any additional fees?
Yes, students are responsible for topping up their electricity once the monthly contribution token depletes. students are also responsible for refilling their gas cylinders for both the braai and the stove.
What is the process to apply?
To apply, please visit our website; all applications are done online; no physical applications are accepted.
What documents are required for an application?
To apply, you need the following documents

Proof of registration for the year you are applying for
Copy of guarantor ID
Proof of income of the guarantor
3 months' bank statement of the guarantor

How long does approval take?
Applications take at most 1 week to go through the approval process.
Are visitors allowed, and are there any rules?
Yes, visitors are allowed; each room is allowed a maximum of 2 visitors at a time, and sleepovers are allowed but limited. All visitors must abide by the house rules set out for the occupants. It is the responsibility of the occupant to enforce these rules on their visitors.
What security measures do you have?
24-hour CCTV and armed response, lock and go solution, and an electrical door system.
How are maintenance requests handled?
Occupants are provided with a central contact to report all maintenance issues.

What transport or commuting options are available?
Aura at Waterkloofpark does not supply transport to its residents; however, the property is close to public transport options.
What is your cancellation or early exit policy?
There is a cancellation fee applicable for any leases cancelled before the end of the lease term.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are allowed for students who are occupying the entire apartment; students who are sharing are not allowed to bring pets.
Are there quiet hours or house rules
Yes, we hold a high standard when it comes to behaviour and ensuring the best environment for all Aura at Waterkloofpark residents.
